These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the rights and obligations relating to the use of the DentAI (DentalPreview) application and its management panel. By using the App, you accept these Terms.

1. Parties

• Service Provider: Onda Webs ("Operator")
• User: Clinic staff using the App (dentist, assistant, administrator) or the patient

2. Description of Service

DentAI is an application and management panel designed for dental clinics. Core functions:

• Capturing the patient's facial photograph
• Generating AI-based before/after dental/smile simulations
• Generating a short AI profile video from an approved simulation; the video reaches the patient only after the dentist approves it
• Keeping case records
• Managing in-clinic AI preference settings

3. Important Medical Notice

The App is not a medical device. AI-generated images and videos are for visualization purposes only and do not guarantee a treatment outcome. The final treatment plan is determined solely by the professional assessment of a licensed dentist.

4. Conditions of Use

While using the App, the User agrees to:

1. Use it only for lawful purposes,

2. Not enter patient data without the patient's explicit consent,

3. Not share account credentials,

4. Not reverse-engineer or misuse the App,

5. Not attempt unauthorized access to other users' data.

5. Account Security

• Password security is the User's responsibility
• Suspected unauthorized access must be reported immediately to destek@ondawebs.com
• The session is automatically closed after 5 minutes of inactivity (for clinic staff)
• Sensitive actions (Settings access) require biometric / password re-authentication

6. Packages, Credits and Payments

• Packages: The App offers auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscriptions (Photo, Photo + Video, Clinic Pro) and one-time credit packs. In the App they are sold only through Apple's in-app purchase system. The price, the period and the monthly allowances are shown on the purchase screen before you buy. Plans agreed directly with the Operator (for example a pilot) are governed by that agreement.
• Clinic-wide: Purchases are made by the clinic's dentist on behalf of the clinic and apply to the whole clinic on all of its devices.
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. The Operator does not receive or store card details.
• Automatic renewal: A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; the package stays active until then.
• Refunds: Payments are processed by Apple, and refund requests are handled by Apple under its own policies (reportaproblem.apple.com).
• Trial: The trial is granted in the App once the clinic's application is approved; the App Store does not offer a separate free trial.
• Monthly allowances: Simulation and video allowances renew every month on the day the plan started (on the last day of shorter months); unused allowance does not carry over.
• Credits: When the monthly allowance is used up, simulations and profile videos are paid from the clinic's credit balance; the number of credits each one costs is shown in the app before you start. Credits do not expire. If a video cannot be delivered because of a technical error or the AI provider's safety filter, its credits are returned; a video that is generated but not approved by the dentist is not refunded. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or moved to another clinic. If Apple refunds a credit purchase, the refunded credits are removed from the balance.
• Price changes: Subscription price changes are applied through the App Store; you are notified in advance and asked for consent where the App Store requires it.

7. Intellectual Property

The software, brand, logo, content and all components of DentAI belong to Onda Webs and are protected under applicable intellectual-property law.

8. Service Interruptions

The Operator reserves the right to temporarily suspend the App without prior notice (maintenance, security, legal requirement).

9. Limitation of Liability

The Operator states that:

• The AI simulation does not guarantee a treatment outcome,
• It is not responsible for interruptions originating from third-party services (Google, Apple, RevenueCat),
• It is relieved of performance in cases of force majeure (regulatory change, natural disaster, etc.).

Cases of direct intent or gross negligence are reserved.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.

11. Changes

These Terms may be updated. For material changes, an in-app notice is shown and the acceptance screen is displayed again.
